Jim Lower is a traditional jazz drummer and band leader based in Kansas City, Missouri. In addition to an active performing schedule all over KC, Lower runs the Jim Lower Jazz orchestra. The JLJO a big band that meets every Tuesday at The Black Dolphin @1813 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64108.
